Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated capability with JavaScript and a modern front-end JS framework such as Angular or React.

Our Team

The Media team at i360 delivers and supports data driven digital advertising campaigns that maximize client success by leveraging advanced targeting, analytics, and measurement. What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the strategy, targeting, execution, and performance measurement of digital media campaigns for both political and commercial clients
  • Manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across display, video, OTT/CTV, and search channels using a variety of ad tech platforms and ad servers like The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, DCM, Google, Meta, etc.

i360 is seeking a Director, Survey Research Sales to drive growth for one of our fastest-evolving product lines. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a politically savvy, consultative sales professional who understands the research needs of campaigns, advocacy organizations, and political consultancies — and who can clearly articulate the value of data-driven insights to decision-makers across the right-of-center ecosystem.

This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who is energized by building — not just maintaining — a business line. The ideal candidate brings a founder’s mindset to their work: proactively identifying opportunities, developing the market, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will own the sales process for i360’s survey research and polling products, building a pipeline of new clients while deepening relationships with existing partners. You’ll work closely with our Survey Research Team to scope and position engagements, translate client needs into winning proposals, and serve as the primary commercial face of this product line in the market.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow revenue for i360’s survey research and polling products across political campaigns, advocacy organizations, nonprofits, and political consultancies
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships across the right-of-center political and public affairs ecosystem
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how i360’s survey capabilities can answer their most pressing strategic questions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Partner closely with i360’s Survey Research Team to scope projects, develop proposals, and ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Represent i360 at conferences, political events, and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and expand the network of clients and referral partners
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in CRM, providing regular forecasting and reporting to leadership
  • Identify market opportunities and provide client feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with sales, business development, or client services experience, with a strong preference for experience in political research, polling, data/analytics, or related political technology
  • Consultative selling experience with the ability to translate complex research capabilities into clear, compelling business value for non-technical clients
  • Deep familiarity with the right-of-center political ecosystem — including campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, and political consultancies

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative B2B sales environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
